Runoffs To Set Bella Vista Council Seats
Three of four candidates in runoffs Tuesday for the Bella Vista City Council said it’s too soon to determine whether the city needs a sales tax. Runoffs on Tuesday will determine two council races because no candidate received 50 percent of the vote during the general election Nov. 4.
